Edit: I spoke with a manager from the company today 12/30/25 and we have amicably resolved the issue. As promised I have modified my original review rating from one star to four. To start the techs and receptionist were all very friendly. I had a problem with a breaker that kept tripping and initially thought it was either electrical or with the hot water heater. My issue is with billing. I was charged $150 for your techs to literally just turn the switch off on the tankless water heater. Yes, you read that correctly. I looked at my bill and it says they did a thorough inspection. Really? The cover was never removed, and only a visual look of the outside took place. The breaker panel was never breached as well, just turned the breaker on and off and watched it trip. I had another company come out the next day, he removed the tankless water heater cover and struggled with it as it had never been opened before since install. I watched him. He then went into the garage, removed the breaker panel cover and tested the breakers with his meter. It was determined that the breaker was bad, and it was replaced. Would I recommend Fenwick in the future? Honestly, at this point, no. I was charged $150 and was told initially I wasn’t going to pay anything for them to come look at it. I would only be charged if they had a course of action to fix the problem. Fenwick didn’t fix anything, didn’t diagnose anything and didn’t provide a clear solution. Another company came out, opened panels, inspected the equipment and made an attempt to actually fix the issue.

Our technician Ron was the best! We have requested him several times and he exceeds our expectations. He explains everything he is doing or what we need to do and why. Then he efficiently performs the job he is professional and just a great guy. It is our daughters living there and it makes us nervous to have service people but Ron is so professional and takes great care of them. We will use him every time! Great employee!

During the coldest temps we've seen in years my HVAC Condenser froze and stopped working. I contacted Fenwick and they replaced the failed Condenser Coil Temp Sensor but there were additional problems keeping my unit from not heating. The Service Manager Jesse worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new Honeywell Truezone Zone Control Board under warranty and Adam worked diligently to install the new parts and troubleshoot a multitude of issues and even effected a workaround to get my Aux Heating to turn on when being called by the Thermostats. Fenwick made every effort to get my system repaired at a time when they were overloaded with heating service calls and I very much appreciate their efforts. I have worked with Jesse and Adam in the past and strongly recommend them to everyone as they also treat customers very fairly with labor costs.
