Had the pleasure of meeting Rodney (HVAC tech) today. Very knowledgeable and with a great personality to go along with it. Hands down a great tech and Waychoff’s is lucky to have someone like that on their team! Thank you for doing a great job!!!!

I didn’t realize I had a water leak at my main water line. Fenwick came out at my neighbors request but they discovered the leak was not for my neighbor but it was for my home. Ron from Fenwick was the plumber on the call. I wasn’t home at the time and had to pick up my wife from the airport. Ron walked me through the.issue on the phone and fixed the problem. He did an excellent job!

Customer service was awesome from the time. I made the first phone call until the time that the technician arrived. They kept me posted the whole time you don’t see that good of service anymore.

I called Fenwick for a nin-emergency situation and thought for sure they wouldn't be able to make it out until the next afternoon earliest. Not only did our tech, Ron Ayers show up same day, he was earlier than expected! He did a great job and helped us to understand what caused the problem so we would know how to try to avoid it happening again.
