Great experience start to finish! We were able to get a qualified plumber to do 2 days of work on short notice. Frank and his co-worker (sorry I can’t remember your name) installed a steam shower for us. They did a great job with the installation. Thank you!!

Due to the cold weather in Jacksonville,Florida recently , we discovered several broken water pipes. The Technician, Andrew Mitchell, was prompt in keeping our appointment. He diagnosed the problem and went to work immediately. He expertly repaired the broken damaged pipes and temporarily fixed the drywall. He assured me the company would be reaching out on Monday complete final drywall replacement. Andrew displayed confidence in his work. Thank you to the Fenwick team and Andrew for getting the leaks fixed promptly without damage to the walls.

This company and its workers are horrible. This morning, (6:45am) a truck from this company was traveling at 80 mph on Highway 295 and Old St. Augustine. Are these the kind of people we want around us when we're driving? Why don't they have GPS with speed limiters? If you're not honest while driving, you're not honest when you're doing your job!
