Thank you to Crystal for ensuring that a technician was able to service my sister's A/C on late Friday afternoon on 10/4. Also, I would like to thank Dillon for his kindness, respect and taking the time to explain to me the issues with the A/C. I would also like to thank him for documenting not only the service he provided, but recommendations so that it could be relayed and available to my sister for future reference. After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

Ron A. was polite, professional and very informative. I could tell the prices are set at corporate without him saying a word but just clicking on his tablet, however he did what he could to provide corporate provided coupons to make it a reasonable for corporate, him and me given the scope of the project. Ron A was great overall.

Update to my.review! Terrible communication with the bank providing my loan for my repair. This company kept harrassing me daily. When on their end and the bank end they had some miscommunication for being paid. Everyday at 8 AM being woken up by a phone call or while at work. I had to repeat myself 3 to 4 times daily for them to understand it was on their end and the bank since I was approved for the loan repair. Even on my days off being woken up at 8 AM daily by a phone call by them. They need better internal management!! Then once they got it straightened it out and realized it was approved I never got an apology for being harassed by the company. Worst experience of my life with a shady business!! I have no words to express how satisfied I was with Rafael's service when he came out to me. He was very friendly and straightforward letting me know what was the problem and how much it was going to cost. He set my mind at ease when I was stressing out over the slab leak I had. He worked very fast and very efficiently and left the place very clean when he was finished. He was extremely outgoing and letting me know how the project was going so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone that's friendly straightforward and not pushy. It's hard to find a good plumber these days and Rafael in my opinion exceeded my expectations!!!!
