Thank you to Crystal for ensuring that a technician was able to service my sister's A/C on late Friday afternoon on 10/4. Also, I would like to thank Dillon for his kindness, respect and taking the time to explain to me the issues with the A/C. I would also like to thank him for documenting not only the service he provided, but recommendations so that it could be relayed and available to my sister for future reference.
