Fadi took the time to order the right parts when I decided on a different style faucet even though it took longer to get delivery. We will enjoy the final result for years to come. He was patient, efficient and skilled in both his plumbing work and interactions with the family.

The two technicians were very professional, efficient and hard working. They quickly accessed the issue at hand. They effectively communicated very reasonable expectations for the repair. I would recommend them to any friend or family members to help assist with similar issues. If I have additional issues I would welcome the opportunity to work with your team in the future.

I called in for an appointment because I needed to repair a toilet. Technician came out and took a look and left for about 5 minutes and came back to show some options for repair. The pricing was really high so I decided to wait and just pay the service dispatch fee. The Technician then tells me it will be $99. I was told the dispatch fee was only $89 by two agents when I called to make my appointment. But the Technician said the price went up a day or two ago. Mind you, I made the appointment the same week so was totally shocked that no one told me the price went up and they had many chances while reminding me of my appointment that the price would go from $89 to $99. Just seems like a scam for them to come and take a look without doing any work expect to say yes it's broken and then not even mentioning the price change. Seems to me a bit unethical to change without prior notice.
