Edgardo Torres he is smart, efficient and very nice. A good communicator. My house was struck by lighting. I had no power. He figured out the problem. I needed a whole new main big breaker in the box on street where JEA equipment is. He wasted no time. He had to go to home office pickup the breaker. In no time he had my power working!!!!

Called fenwick regarding the warranty of the kitchen sink faucet repair job that was done 7 months ago . I was told they I have 1 year warranty for parts that they installed. The technician who came just looked at the faucet and just said I need a new faucet without even really doing anything. The technician wanted to sell me a new faucet that is in his truck for over $700.00. More on sales than service.
