Technician did an outstanding job - he first diagnosed a clog in the water drain, showed how he confirmed that, and then, when the AC kicked off when he didn't expect it, he went deeper and found a component was bad on the motherboard, and showed us how he detected that. This was our first experience with Fenwick, the company did not disappoint.

Frank Lamia was our technician and was knowledgeable and friendly not to mention courteous as he kept his shoes off inside the condo. He also checked the faucet after turning the water back on to ensure the leak was fixed. Highly recommend.
