Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectations We have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher. Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours - phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind - installers were on time as scheduled. - the unit got well installed and its working great Will definitely call them again if needed.

I had a team of 4 on my project and expected to be done late afternoon. However, these gentlemen came in for to work and was done in 4 hours for a total system. Awesome job done and certainly will recommend them to others.

This service - replacement of a 20 yr old water heater at a rental property - was easily scheduled and coordinated with FENWICK “HQ” without delay. Easy and complete communication with all….resulting in James with FENWICK Plumbing being tasked with the mission! He was magnificent!! Prompt, thorough and ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL in all regards. I had used FENWICK before at my personal residence and will again without hesitation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

After 20 years of ongoing plumbing problems (and thousands of dollars later), two of my neighbors recommended I call Fenwick Home Services. Two days ago they sent a plumber who diagnosed my problem. It was my old water softener unit that had never been fully uninstalled and was clogging up my pipes. Today they sent a Master Plumber, Michael Bowen, along with an assistant, and installed a new soft water unit. Michael Bowen said I was “infiltrated throughout the house… one of the worst he’d seen in 40+ years of plumbing”. Michael Bowen also suggested (but didn’t try to sell me) that I might think about replacing my hot water heater, which was installed in 2009, after I had a flood inside my home near the old water heater. I had been thinking I was living on borrowed time with this one. Fenwick sent it out, and that was installed at the same time. All in a day! In all these years no plumbing company has ever accurately diagnosed my problem. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at Fenwick. The dispatcher was great, and helped with getting me on the schedule first thing this morning, as I work in the afternoons. I received a text message that they were on the way and I could track them en route. I can safely say you are in good hands with Fenwick. Finally my plumbing issues are truly resolved! Many thanks!
