We had 2 toilets which had the flush and fill valves replaced with parts we had already purchased. The tech verified we purchased the correct parts but a minor adjustment was still required. The tech was here about an hour. The cost was outrageously high and after three full business days we have stubbornly received an itemized receipt as promised.

We called to report a leak appearing in the garage, opposite the wall where our refrigerator stood inside. Fenwick was there within a couple hours and technician Kahn quickly diagnosed the problem as the fitting and hose leading to the fridge. He replaced the needed parts and wiped up the small amount water that had leaked. Professional courteous and friendly.

Dayngle Fernandez did an excellent job at locating and repairing our water main leak on a holiday weekend, none the less. He was efficient, fast, and a pleasure to work with. I've got nothing but trust for Fenwick services. They've never let me down or left me hanging. Today they replaced my hot water heater, technician was a good guy, did the job efficiently and was very friendly. Update to previous review, 5/28/25: had a weird PVC pipe fall off the side of my house. Couldn't figure out what it was or why it was there. Called Fenwick and they had me send them a picture to determine what service I needed. They sent out electrician Brian Shields who was very friendly, advised what the pipe was there encasing, and resolved the issue. He then inspected my breaker box, found an issue, and fixed it for less than it cost me to have a mechanic even look in the direction of my car. Very friendly. Fenwick has never let me down.

Christopher arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem of the water leak in my toilet tank. He proceeded to provide various options to fix it and was more than happy with the option that we selected. Even greater than that , Christopher noticed that our smoke detector, fire was bleeping and graciously offered and did in fact replace the battery. Totally unexpected and just reflective of the type of service and overall decorum that he displayed with us. Based on my experience with Christopher and the work that he provided, I would gladly recommend Fenwick plumbing services to anyone. Particularly try to get Christopher.
