Our water heater quit working Friday afternoon. Called Fenwick and they sent Raphael a wonderful, respectful young man and he did an exceptional job. I want to think Raphael and Fenwick for making a bad situation good thanks again, Rafael. Kathy.

Appreciated Fenwick fixing our plumbing issues. They were timely, informative and provided quality service at a fair price. They scheduled an appointment quickly and on a Sunday without charging the "emergency " so many other businesses charge. I have used them before and will use them again for sure.

I would like to give a shout out to Fenwick Home Services for a plumbing issue I encountered yesterday. I couldn't get my shower to turn off. My shower has a "one handle controller", pull to turn on, push to turn off, rotate left or right for hot or cold water. The round plastic handle came loose when I attempted to turn off the water. I attempted to turn off the water at the street, but was unable to do so. I couldn't access the water shut-off in the garage. I called Fenwick and requested emergency plumbing services. I explained the problem. Matthew Webb arrived a few hours later. He turned off the water at the street, took the handle off and checked the cartridge. The cartridge was ok, but the handle apparently was the original from 1978 when the house was built. It has tabs on the underside rim which some apparently broke off, and was the only replacement needed. Matthew had to leave to get the part, but was back in 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my non-plumber explanations, and was very attentive to my questions. I enjoyed talking to him and wanted you to know that you have a great employee on your team. I couldn't be more pleased!

Jomar was amazing. He was on the other side of town but got to us within hours of me placing a service call. He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional! He took his time assessing the situation and explained our options thoroughly and clearly. He followed up with a text and email after his call was closed. Great service from a local company. Couldn’t as for much more!
