We had a plumbing emergency around 5:15 PM and by 730 Christopher was at our house. He was very detailed about the quote, and about the work that was needed. We have a newborn in the house and he was very consider about letting us know when the work would get noisy. He did an excellent job and we will definitely be requesting him by name the next time we need Fenwick Plumbing.

Our service tech, Patrick is the best!!! Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, informative. What more can a customer ask for? The staff at Fenwick kept me updated with texts, emails and phone calls ... the contacts were not overbearing. It is quite apparent Fenwick is customer service focused.
