Ryan. My technician in Jacksonville Florida was amazing. My ac was out in the blazing Florida heat. He arrived promptly, explained thoroughly what was wrong and how to fix. And gave me tips on prolonging my system. Would 100% use Fenwick again and would specifically ask for Ryan.

We had 2 plumbing issues - a leaking garbage disposal and a leaking faucet on a bathtub. I called Fenwick and they had Plumber out the same day. Tim was courteous and polite in addition to knowing the plumbing business. He replaced the faucet and the leaking garbage disposal and was finished by late afternoon. We’re happy with the repairs and the job done. Will use Fenwick again?

Disgusting abuse of elderly customers. My parents have used this company for years so they thought they could trust them for a simple faucet repair. Instead the technician told them they needed to replace their kitchen faucet at a cost of almost $1000. He showed a high end example of a faucet sold on the Home Depot site and said that that was the going rate now. Your company should be ashamed of treating customers like this. You can be assured that we will be passing this along to friends and neighbors so they don’t get ripped off or taken advantage of.
