Wish there was ZERO rating! worst customer service I have encountered in the last 20 years from a company! Spoke 3 different people in 3 different departments --each one said they cannot help in giving me a ball park estimate (was OK with a range!). Asked a very rude lady who slammed the phone when I was asking why they would NOT take my number & call me with the estimate! How does she keep her job? HORRIBLE - wonder how such companies exist!

Aaron and Max did an excellent job! They were kind, timely, and very professional. I’m really glad to have added the HVAC service after the excellent plumbing job (water heater) performed by Michael Bowen. Fenwick really does offer the best services and technicians from AC to Plumbing! Highly recommend!

He worked quickly and made sure that we were happy with his work and understood how to use the new equipment before he left. He was very patient as we discussed what our concerns are and what is important to us. We made the decision to get a new water softening system and he was able to schedule us quickly.
