After determining that my pipes were clogged, I tried to fix on my own with a plunger and ended up pushing the clog and taking down my other bathroom. Made the decision to call a professional. My first initial call was to another company but they charged $200 just to come diagnose what I already knew the problem was. Fenwick was my second choice and will my future first choice. Fenwick only charged an $89 diagnostic fee and were quick to arrive between the scheduled time frame. Rafael showed up and was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very tidy and after the work was completed he put everything back the way it was previously. As I was over his shoulder, he explained the entire process. Would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks, I have already shared my experience within our neighborhood group.

I needed several shower valves replaced. Michael Bowen did an excellent job showing me options, providing recommendations and pricing, answering my questions, and then completing the work for all three of them by the end of the day. He was extremely knowledgeable, organized and efficient, beyond courteous, a pleasure to talk to, and even took extra care when around my anxious pup. The result was three perfectly functioning and beautiful showers. Very happy, thank you!

I called Fenwick in the morning and had a technician to my house in the early afternoon to address a outside water spigot issue, the technician was Josh, he was pleasant, helpful, explained what he was going to do, and did a fabulous job in a very quick amount of time. The interaction was easy and very customer focused and, my issue was fixed right immediately, for a fair price. I would highly recommend these folks.
