My service technician was on time, polite, sensitive to the situation, not overbearing, took time to explain what we needed & showed how things should work. William was great. My first experience with Fenwick 👍🏾. Michael was fantastic!!! He came in, listened well, came up with a plan, and did a wonderful job. We're now enjoying cleaner, softer, and odor free water.

Technician was efficient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and what I needed to understand concerning what his work discovered. They were also here within 3-4 hours of my call which fell within the window they had committed to.

Recently had a problem with water intrusion running into my owners bedroom and closet. The main drain in my owners bathroom had water backing up through the shower drain and the toilet was gurgling. Fenwick was able to schedule a technician to be here within a couple of hours. Technician was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make recommendations on how to best handle the problem. Fenwick has a warehouse nearby and the parts were delivered in less than a hour which allowed the work to be completed the same day. The technician explained everything completely and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire work area. Everything was back in working order within six hours. Their price was exactly what I was quoted and very reasonable. This is not the first time I’ve called them and needed a quick response - they never disappoint and always make me confident that I can rely on them for future plumbing work! 05/02/25 The hose connections outside were corroded and couldn’t get the hose disconnected. Nathan arrived on time and explained what the problem was and gave me a quote for the service. He also offered me the military and senior discount which I usually forget to ask for. The service was completed promptly and at the price I was quoted. Nathan kept me informed of the service as he was working.

Got AC service today from Michael who was fantastic! Great customer experience yet again!!!! Andrew was very courteous and respectful of our home. He was very clear and direct once the issue was diagnosed, and he offered alternatives to help us make an informed decision. Great customer experience!!!! I have follow up work and will definitely ask Fenwick to send Andrew back out to work on our home.

These people DESTROYED my home. NEVER USE THEM. 7 return visits to "fix" issues and I was left with a vanity not secured to the wall, busted tile backsplash. Did not tie in faucets and shower heads. They just jiggle around. Destroyed tile in shower. Dragged a running power saw across my bathroom floor, so linoleum needs replacing. In other words, I paid thousands of dollars to need thousands more work done. I called every owner and manager and their best repair work is not fit for a tenement. Two and a half months of letting them TRY to fix it, and I gave up because I couldn't miss work, anymore. Or take the run around. This business is the WORST.
