Recently had a problem with water intrusion running into my owners bedroom and closet. The main drain in my owners bathroom had water backing up through the shower drain and the toilet was gurgling. Fenwick was able to schedule a technician to be here within a couple of hours. Technician was prompt and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make recommendations on how to best handle the problem. Fenwick has a warehouse nearby and the parts were delivered in less than a hour which allowed the work to be completed the same day. The technician explained everything completely and did an excellent job of cleaning the entire work area. Everything was back in working order within six hours. Their price was exactly what I was quoted and very reasonable. This is not the first time I’ve called them and needed a quick response - they never disappoint and always make me confident that I can rely on them for future plumbing work! 05/02/25 The hose connections outside were corroded and couldn’t get the hose disconnected. Nathan arrived on time and explained what the problem was and gave me a quote for the service. He also offered me the military and senior discount which I usually forget to ask for. The service was completed promptly and at the price I was quoted. Nathan kept me informed of the service as he was working.

I had a shower valve failure, needed the valve rough in and piping replaced. Scheduling an appointment through the website was easy and quick, My technician James showed up bright and early the next morning Professional work , Quality work ... Couldn't ask for anything more will definitely be calling James with Fenwick plumbing to replace a water heater in the upcoming weeks. Thanks guys!!!

Fadi arrived on schedule, was very polite and professional and proceeded to assess the problem (a leaky toilet). He diligently worked to get everything done properly, checking all possible causes for the leak. He was very respectful of the fact that I have a 2-year old in my home and the need to keep the doors closed and the front door locked when he had to go out to the truck. I can only say good things about the service he provided. He is a stellar employee and a great representative of the Fenwick company.

This happened a year ago, but the feelings are still the same. We have since moved on to another local HVAC company. So, Fenwick, are you going to fix Waychoff's mess? On Oct 7, 2024, we had an appointment with Waychoff's to take a look at my HVAC system because the home was getting very humid, although the system was cooling the home. Jerald assessed that the blower motor was constantly on and needed to be replace. Fortunately the part was under warranty for the 3.5 year old Carrier unit that was installed by the original company Air McCall on Jan 2021. Unfortunately, the labor cost was $840, which was a rip off. When asked why the labor cost was so high, Jerald just played dumb and basically said "that's what the people in Pennsylvania just tell us". But after all, he's just a pawn in the whole corporate scam. My wife called the company and was asking for a breakdown on why the labor cost for 30-45 mins of labor was so high. A lot of vague answers with no clarity. And supposedly a service manager was suppose to call back, but we know that's not going to happen. Jerald also then started talking about how the blower motor under warranty was a $2800 part, which is also bogus. Like really? You can do better than that, Jerald. Needless to say, we hate that our original installer Air McCall was bought by some corporate machine and is now charging outrageous prices. Had it not been that we had family evacuating to our home that day because of Hurricane Milton, we would have spent the extra day or two looking for a much more competitive price. So, we're moving on from Waychoff's. Good riddance.
