I liked that a photo of the technician was sent to me before he showed up. Fenwick was prompt with communications and the tech was on time. He was professional and informed me of what’s would take place. However, a permit from my county was required since it was a replacement ‘propane’ water heater. I was told no permit was necessary. So, a small bit of confusion on that. The total price in the written quote for everything was higher than expected. Other than that, I was impressed with the tech and the excellent prompt communication of Fenwick. I would call on them for a different need.

He arrived promptly on time very courteous. Did exactly what he said he was going to do cleaned up after he was done overall a very the good experience. I would recommend him and his company to anybody that needs plumbing assistance
