We had a Hot Water Heater that began leaking and knew we needed a new tank. They took care of the removal and had new one installed! From start to finish less than 3 hours and super great guys. Michael Underwood was extremely knowledgeable and easy to speak too. I would call again for my plumbing needs and would recommend the company based staff (phone lady, Jess, was great too) and efficiency.

The service I received from the office staff when setting up my appointment was extremely helpful and courteous. The technician Dalton Hagen performed an excellent job. Michael Bowen and Holton were both very friendly as well as professional and did an excellent job installing my new water heater today! They were neat as well as thorough and did not leave until making sure everything was operating to their satisfaction and mine! I placed the call 8/6/24 and they were at my door within a couple hours to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate me with a same day install! I highly recommend Fenwick and would not hesitate to use them again.

Rafael came late on a Friday night to help us with a leak we had that was leading inside our concrete block wall. He explained all of the possible scenarios and options we had. After trying the first one the pipe collapsed because of old age. The logical next step was to have to chip open the concrete and access the next place to fix. However he was able to see back into the wall and said he might be able to pry out the remainder of the broken threads that remained. After what can only be described as SURGICAL procedure, he was able to remove the pieces and insert a new pipe like nothing ever happened. We cannot thank him enough and will only request his service moving forward! Thank you Rafael!
