Michael Bowen and Holton were both very friendly as well as professional and did an excellent job installing my new water heater today! They were neat as well as thorough and did not leave until making sure everything was operating to their satisfaction and mine! I placed the call 8/6/24 and they were at my door within a couple hours to give me an estimate and were able to accommodate me with a same day install! I highly recommend Fenwick and would not hesitate to use them again.

John and Gabe (hope I got that right) did an awesome job isolating the leak in my kitchen and repairing it. And I also compliment Fenwick on their communication both before the arrival (with pictures of the assigned tech) and from the actual techs throughout the whole process. Fenwick Jacksonville just finished a complete repiping of our house's water supply plumbing due to a slab leak, plus replacement of nearly all faucets and fixtures. From start to finish, the Fenwick team provided the best customer service experience one could ever expect. Master Plumber Darryl Lucas and Crew Lead Plumber Matt Atnip were unbelievably attentive and accommodating of our needs and carried out the work expertly with a very high attention to detail. Every single plumber who worked on this large project were excellent. Lastly, everyone on the work crew were extremely professional and very personable.
