Had to call Fenwick & Rafael came out this morning (Sunday) to check our toilet sewer drain. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do in order to give us an estimate. Ended up snaking the drain via the roof vent. He found a few small items and was able to remove them so hopefully there will be no further problems. I will note that he not only wore shoe covers (unlike the last company we had come out) and double checked that everything was working properly before leaving. We have used Fenwick in the past and have always been very satisfied with the work that they do.

When John Matthew Atnip showed up to our door, there was an immediate difference. Matthew was both charismatic and professional. He immediately ascertained the issue with our toilet and proceeded to thoroughly check the rest of our house’s plumbing. The pricing was fair and based on Matthew’s professionalism, we knew we were receiving excellent service. I had been waiting two weeks to get plumbing services from another service provider who was not able to fix the problem when they came out. Called Fenwick and they were able to provide me same day service and fix the problem. Nathan was courteous, identified the problem and replaced the faucet. He thoroughly explained and showed me the cause of my leak.
