Outstanding Service Experience The service provided was excellent from start to finish. I was notified well in advance about the visit, which made scheduling easy and convenient. Frank was our service tech today. He did an excellent job of repairing our old water heater and gave us an estimate for replacing it with a brand new one. We will be calling Fenwick within two months to have Frank install our new water heater...at what we consider to be a very reasonable price. Frank was very personable, and gave us valuable information which helped us to make the decision to replace our old water heater with a new one within 90 days.
