Frank was our service tech today. He did an excellent job of repairing our old water heater and gave us an estimate for replacing it with a brand new one. We will be calling Fenwick within two months to have Frank install our new water heater...at what we consider to be a very reasonable price. Frank was very personable, and gave us valuable information which helped us to make the decision to replace our old water heater with a new one within 90 days. We had a cracked pvc pipe in the wall behind our washer in our 3rd floor condominium, causing water leakage in the two units below us. Ben from Fenwick Home Services was here early the next morning. He quickly found the source of the problem and worked diligently to get it corrected. He was excellent—professional, competent and friendly. We would highly recommend him!

Called ahead, within the service window. Very courteous and clearly with expertise and safety in mind. I did not even have to turn off the computer while the electricians worked, and also the job was completed inside the appointed service window.
