Absolutely great service, same day evening late. Kudos to Dayngel, he inspected the situation and was able to resolve within 1 hour. Our pipe to the shutoff valve outside broke and we had to shut off water for entire house. I called Fenwick and explained, this was about 6pm, they said that they will dispatch emergency call and someone would come between 8pm and midnight. Around 9 i received tracking email that Dayngel was on his way. He arrived around 9:30 and was done by 10:45-11pm. He cutoff the top and bottom piples and put in a new shutoff valve on the spot. Great job. Pictures show that the pipe brokeoff leaving the screw part inside the shutoff valve part. He replaced the screw pipe with an iron one and now it is new and sturdy.. I would have appreciated more if i was able to get a better price, but for the urgency and time element, i understand.

Fenwick used to be the number one choice for my plumbing repairs, but they have become greedy like everyone else. Had a toilet issue and the repairman from Fenwick said that it would be 383.00 to pull up the toilet and repair the "O" ring. He didn't want to do the job and you could see it from his demeanor. He then stated if I have to pull up the toilet I will break the toilet. He then stated, "Thank you Ma'am, it will be 89.00 for the call." Do not ever use Fenwick. They are now heating and air too and had the same problem with their greed when I had them look at an air conditioner. Buy a new outrageous system was their advice and had another company come out and look at it and repaired it right away. Had a handyman look at my toilet and he fixed the problem for only 105.00. Do not use Fenwick. Greedy and a waste of time.

My A/C quit working on Monday afternoon. I called for a technician at around 3:40 and Jerald was at my house before 4 pm. Jerald was so nice and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. I would absolutely recommend Fenwick’s Waychoff and specifically Jerald for any issues. They are awesome!
