I feel I was overcharged for one pound of freon. Twenty five pounds of freon cost just under $300 or right at $300 depending on where you make a purchase. Fenwick charges $259 for one pound. Is that not ridiculous?

Had my regular Spring Maintenance check up. The Tech, Dylan Smith, was very nice and knowledgeable. He asked me if I had concerns or questions about the system before he even started. He answered all my questions and shared info with me. He work very quickly. He wore shoe covers, so there was no clean up needed on my part. I was very pleased. Thank you very much for employing Tech's like Dylan. He represented your company well.

It was easy to make an appointment and the tech arrived on time. We had an a/c drain pipe break inside the wall. Our tech Ryan M was very professional and careful not to cause damage as he investigated the break. He did a great job fixing the break and the system was up and running quickly.

This is the fourth job I have had Fenwick service at my home. All of their Associates have been nothing short of fantastic! Most recently, Jesus came out to service my A/C units. This is the best Service Tech I have had at my home. He represents himself and Fenwick in an outstanding way! In addition, Fenwick's rates for A/C maintenance have kept me at the same rate I was paying with a previous provider from 2006! Thanks for the great service and A/C pricing!
