Tech explained different solutions to my problem of a clogged drain, then gave me the total price options. The solution to the problem was too expensive to be able to complete right now. He tried the less expensive route, but that didn’t work, so I paid for the service call and his time, which was fine. I really appreciate him being up front with cost, etc.

Fadi did a great job. He was professional, cleaned up after himself, and double-checked his work. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. I have used Fenwick before and will continue to use Fenwick.
