Had a water main shutoff that needed to be replaced. I am selling my house and the inspector dinged me on it. Reached Fenwick on line Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Communications was excellent, tech arrived exactly on time, gave me very competitive price, had everything he needed on the truck and was done very quickly. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Without a doubt my first call for any plumbing issue.

Frank and Zac saved the day!! Called and was able to get a same day appt for install of a new gas stove. They unhooked and removed the old one and installed the new one. Thank you so much for the quick and professional work! I would use Bill Fenwick again in the future!!

We had to have a toilet replaced and another one was rebuilt. The technician Andrew was perfect for the job. He arrived on time and explained every detail of the work being performed. His professional manner was appreciated.

Disgusting abuse of elderly customers. My parents have used this company for years so they thought they could trust them for a simple faucet repair. Instead the technician told them they needed to replace their kitchen faucet at a cost of almost $1000. He showed a high end example of a faucet sold on the Home Depot site and said that that was the going rate now. Your company should be ashamed of treating customers like this. You can be assured that we will be passing this along to friends and neighbors so they don’t get ripped off or taken advantage of.
