John and Gabe (hope I got that right) did an awesome job isolating the leak in my kitchen and repairing it. And I also compliment Fenwick on their communication both before the arrival (with pictures of the assigned tech) and from the actual techs throughout the whole process. Count me as a happy satisfied customer 😊

We are beyond pleased and impressed with Fenwick Plumbing. We had an urgent need for service, and within an hour, a technician arrived. Zach quickly assessed the situation, explained the necessary repairs, and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The professionalism and rapid response time were by far the best we've ever experienced. The rates were reasonable, and we now know that, should we ever need a plumber again, Fenwick will be our go-to for life.

We've used Waychoff for hvac and electric since we bought the house two and a half years ago. I guess they recently merged with fenwick plumbing? Experiences with hvac have been outstanding so we've been using them exclusively and gave spend thousands with them over the last couple years. Fenwick plumbing was a wildly different experience. Quoted $89 over the phone for "home visit and diagnostic". They even checked the call recording, that's what they said. The plumber came and did the diag. Diag determined nothing was wrong and no repairs were needed. Time to collect payment and he told us the total was $150. The explanation was that since he had to walk around the house and check faucets it was an inspection and the diagnostic quote didn't cover it. Unfortunately for all of us, I'm not paying more because your company terminology is different than the English language and you didn't see fit to clarify at any point before payment collection. After I insisted that I would not be paying more than the quoted price for the diagnostic, since it was indebatably a diagnostic, the manager on the phone threw a little tantrum and said they'll just charge us nothing at all and cancel our upcoming electrical appointment. It was clear that this lack of communication is consistently a problem for them. If you're consistently having this same issue with customers, it's not the customer. This is an easy fix that was handled in such a way that you lost a long term customer (one that's going to need a new hvac system withinin the next few years). If I were the owner I would be furious with this manager.

I contacted Fenwick to unclog my shower drain. Cody came but after many attempts was not able to clear. He requested his manager Craig R. to come and give his assessment. Craig R. sent a senior tech member to try to clear. Dale W. arrived on time and cleared drain in less than 30 minutes. He was professional, polite, respectful of property and informative. I would definitely recommend company to others.

My technician Ben far exceeded my expectations. Courteous, took time to educate me and answer all my questions. I didn't even have to ask to add the coupon savings. I am now part of the Fenwick family leaving R##R## behind. Thank you for helping during my emergency pipe bust after removing my washing machine.
