Phenomenal Service from Fenwick Plumbing — Ask for Daniel and Tino! I had an amazing experience with Fenwick Plumbing today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel McMillan and Tino. Daniel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient — he took the time to explain the issue, the solution, and made sure I fully understood everything before starting the work. He went above and beyond to not just fix the problem, but to do it the right way. What really stood out was how much pride Daniel and Tino took in their work. They were efficient, respectful of my home, and brought such a positive energy that they literally turned a bad day into a great one. It’s rare to find people who care this much about the quality of their work and customer experience. I was so impressed, I’ve already told 11 people about the service I received today. Arrived promptly and completed the work rapidly. Technician was very courteous and explained what needed to be done as well as offering to renew my maintenance plan so that I could save on the cost of the repairs and gain a follow-up visit in the near future to insure the system is working fine!

The technician came in for his quarterly maintenance… he did his inspection, changed the filter cleaned the Unit , flushed the drain, He kept his work area, clean, was inconspicuous… He didn’t try and up sell me, Did what he had to do and left. That is my expectations

I had 4 water heater installation estimates with 4 different companies and Fenwick price was several hundred dollars less and included everything. They did not pressure me and when I chose them to do the installation. They came the next day and were prompt. The technician, Andrew, was professional, efficient and experienced. Highly recommend for water heater installation...haven't used their other services.
