On Thursday, January 15, 2025, I called Fenwick Home Services to have a water softener installed at our residence. I was scheduled in for the next morning and was impressed by the quickness of the appointment. The next morning and on time, Plumber Technician, Rafael Serrano, of Fenwick Home Services, came to our house and installed the Whirlpool water softener. He could not have been more competent, professional and polite. He stayed focused and got the job completed well. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Five stars and highly recommended!

I called Fenwick’s Plumbing on a Saturday morning to unclog my kitchen sink. The office team was professional and kept open lines of communication so I knew what to expect and when they would arrive. I just had someone come out to do a so called tune-up maintenance service on my system recently. I just took a look at my air filter and noticed how filthy it was. How is it that I just had a so called tune up service but my filter looks like it’s been ran thru the dirt. I purchased the buy one get one free but after noticing this you can keep that next inspection. I don’t want fenwick anywhere near my system ever again. You guys are officially FiRED forever! Sincerely, Disappointed Customer!!!
