John Atnip was the bomb 💣 dot com! Not only was he professional and courteous but also knowledgeable about the service he was providing. He came in, was able to unclog my drains and had us up and running. He continuously checked behind himself to make sure sure that the work was done prior to taking payment. He provided me with an estimate and captured my signature prior to starting the job and explained everything to me. This is my 2nd time utilizing Fenwick and because of the consistency in quality services that I received, I’m going to have them do additional work for my future group home. Hands down, the price is right, the service is good, and you won’t be disappointed with the technicians. John was not only good looking but very respectful and down to earth. Then he efficiently performs the job he is professional and just a great guy. Had my regular Spring Maintenance check up. The Tech, Dylan Smith, was very nice and knowledgeable. He asked me if I had concerns or questions about the system before he even started. He answered all my questions and shared info with me. He work very quickly. He wore shoe covers, so there was no clean up needed on my part. I was very pleased.
