Today, I give Fenwick Home Services a 5 star. Because from the first call speaking to a great representative explaining to him that I had a plumbing company out to put in my new hot water heater just this Mar. 25 and I felt that his work was not up to par my hot water heater had a slow leak around the screws by the expansion tank. So he sent out Steven Bush who was a licensed plumber and it really made the difference! I called on a Saturday and there was availability today and also I was given a discount for seniors. "Words Of Advice!" Please use Only Plumbers who are licensed and who are also listed as current and have a good credit rating with the Better Business Bureau in your city. This was my first mistake. Moving forward I will be using Bill Fenwick Home services to help me when I need them. Because we all need to have the confidence that There are still some good companies out here in Jax fl. Our technician Ron Ayers was absolutely fantastic!!!!! He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate!!! He explained to us exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. Ron was so thorough in his explanation and put us at ease!!! He was on-time, efficient, and moved rather fast BUT he paid attention to every detail to make sure the job was done right!!! Ron Ayers was so nice, genuine, and trustworthy while working in my home. Ron showed that he loves what he does and making his customers happy. Ron has great professional values and ethics. He should really be studied for how to provide customer service at the highest level!! I appreciate Ron Ayers for the work he had done in my home and would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs assistance with their plumbing. Fenwick should be proud that he is a great representation and ambassador for the company!!!!

This company is great! Excellent technicians and prompt service. This is the second time I've used them. This time was to replace my garbage disposal. Andrew went above and beyond making sure there were no leaks after completing the job and even registered my new disposal for me. I am so embarrassed I forgot to tip him. He definitely deserved one!

Kevin was my tech. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He did not attempt to upsell me as some AC techs do. I mentioned my drain line and he went ahead and flushed it for me. I appreciated his manner and expertise.
