Ryan arrived on time, was polite and courteous, and even tried to make friends with our “Cujo” of a puppy Maggie (she hates repairmen!). He got to work and found the issue right away and did his best to give us some cooler air tonight before the new system gurus step in tomorrow morning. He knew his stuff and did his best to help us out with a less than optimal system to get us through one more day. Thanks Fenwick! Very pleased with your team and service!

Patrick was excellent. He did such a professional job of handling our leak and is installing our new tankless water heater. We worked through numerous alternatives with us to find the best one. They clean up and even patched our drywall. The company contacted us to move up our appointment once they heard we had a leak. Absolutely excellent customer service.

I cannot say enough good thinks about our Technician Tim! He was great! Not only did he do a great job, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was done, he was incredibly patient with our high anxiety dog! Highly recommend Fenwick’s and Tim!

Our AC unit needed is normal service. I was able to book an appointment on a Saturday and they showed up on Sunday in a timely manner. The Technician, Yoan Lopez, was efficient in checking both the inside and outside AC components. He found molding issues inside our unit. He cleaned it and installed a UV light (with my permission) promptly. I will always recommend Fenwick to my friends and neighbors.
