Because of his valuable input we avoided purchasing a water heater we had previously chosen that would have exceeded our electrical panel's capacity; now we have the right one for our needs and it is working great! During the coldest temps we've seen in years my HVAC Condenser froze and stopped working. I contacted Fenwick and they replaced the failed Condenser Coil Temp Sensor but there were additional problems keeping my unit from not heating. The Service Manager Jesse worked with the manufacturer to obtain a new Honeywell Truezone Zone Control Board under warranty and Adam worked diligently to install the new parts and troubleshoot a multitude of issues and even effected a workaround to get my Aux Heating to turn on when being called by the Thermostats. Fenwick made every effort to get my system repaired at a time when they were overloaded with heating service calls and I very much appreciate their efforts. I have worked with Jesse and Adam in the past and strongly recommend them to everyone as they also treat customers very fairly with labor costs.
