The reason for my 5-star rating is the service I have and continue to receive after purchasing my unit. The technicians and dispatchers go above and beyond to help out and make sure the customers get taken care of. Update 8/29/25: I had a bit of trouble with my system on the 27th. The initial customer service rep I spoke with greatly frustrated me, but I was able to call back and get wonderful service from Devon. The next day, Ben came out to my house, checked out my system, completed work on it, and was just absolutely amazing. Ben was always smiling and you could tell he took pride in his work and was genuinely a nice guy. I was very impressed with the young man. On the 29th, one of the managers reached out to me about the trouble I had with the rep and was very receptive of the feedback, taking the time to review the call and will use the situation as a teachable moment. This is how companies become great companies .. by investing in their employees and using any situation to help employees grow and do better. I am happy with Fenwick and will continue to definitely use their services!

Fast, professional, courteous, and good work. I had an emergency leak and I had someone onsite in 2 hours and fixed right. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left! The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.

Andrew was punctual and friendly. He explained why we had slow running.drains with our new piping and offered a solution that turned out to be successful.
