You need to teach your techs driving manners. No need for him to ride on the shoulder to merge in front of my truck and definitely no need to flip me off when I honked at him to call out his stupidity of putting us both at risk of a unnecessary accident because he feels my time is more important than mine. He made the necessary repair, and checked related parts to make sure everything was functioning correctly.
