Justin arrived just when he said he would. Within a few minutes he pinpointed the trouble and set to work. He found not just one clog but another one several feet past the original. You need to teach your techs driving manners. No need for him to ride on the shoulder to merge in front of my truck and definitely no need to flip me off when I honked at him to call out his stupidity of putting us both at risk of a unnecessary accident because he feels my time is more important than mine. It happened at 13:15 on Saturday July 19th on 295 eastbound. Jacksonville Florida
