We called Fenwick to replace our gas water heater and couldn't be happier. The plumber that provided our service was Michael Bowen. He conducted a thorough evaluation and clearly explained our options. Everything was installed with extensive care and detail. I was pleased with our experience. Customer service was excellent.

A tech named Ben came by and was super respectful and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job replacing the coils in my upstairs indoor AC unit. His customer service was the best of the Fenwick associated techs that have come in the past. Highly recommend these guys.

I've got nothing but trust for Fenwick services. They've never let me down or left me hanging. Today they replaced my hot water heater, technician was a good guy, did the job efficiently and was very friendly. Update to previous review, 5/28/25: had a weird PVC pipe fall off the side of my house. Couldn't figure out what it was or why it was there. Called Fenwick and they had me send them a picture to determine what service I needed. They sent out electrician Brian Shields who was very friendly, advised what the pipe was there encasing, and resolved the issue. He then inspected my breaker box, found an issue, and fixed it for less than it cost me to have a mechanic even look in the direction of my car. Very friendly. Fenwick has never let me down.

Antonio was GREAT! He did a fantastic job explaining the issue, showing me pictures of what he was seeing in the system and detailing exactly what was needed. He took the appropriate time to fix the issue, perform maint. and was very tidy. He was professional in his appearance and interactions.
