Today I had one of the most professional and patient service technician from Fenwick. William was very polite and courteous and he demonstrated extreme patience as he installed (2) thermostats for my existing units. One of the thermostats that I provided was damaged and William took the time to drive and get another one. I know the time that was taken from his day is very valuable, but he made me feel like my installations were more valuable. That’s the kind of service that I seek especially when it comes to my HVAC units. Great Job William! You have gained a repeat customer with Fenwick.

Summer in Jacksonville is NOT the time to be without AC! Coming home from a trip to find a wet and clogged and non functional unit was rough. Fenwick made a next day appointment, let me know the technician was on the way. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Ahhhh. . . It’s GOOD to be cool.

Ben was our tech and he was great! On time, respectful and knew his trade. Quickly he diagnosed the problem and gave me solution. Within a couple day he had parts in hand, came back to repair A/C in a timely manner. I was grateful to get cool air back in house. Thank you so much.

Matthew was informative and professional. He greeted me and educated me on some of the things I could do to make sure the AC stays in good shape. He told me about the services the company provides but was not pushy. He answered every question and dispelled some Myths I asked about. His knowledge is outstanding and for Waychoff's to have a person like this is great. It speaks volumes about their high standards and hiring practices and it gives me hope that we still have good people and good companies who will do the job and not try to take advantage of us who don't know anything about HVAC. Technician, Christian, arrived on time and went right to work doing an inspection, testing, and cleaning of my AC system. He was very thorough, quick, and friendly. The special pricing advertised for this inspection was very good and there was no cutting corners. Very pleased with the service from Fenwick. Great communications as well. Highly recommend using Fenwick for installation (they installed my system 3 years ago at a very competitive price) and for servicing your existing system.
