Summer in Jacksonville is NOT the time to be without AC! Coming home from a trip to find a wet and clogged and non functional unit was rough. Fenwick made a next day appointment, let me know the technician was on the way. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Ahhhh. . . It’s GOOD to be cool.

Superb service! First time using them and the technician (Dylan Smith) walked me through everything that went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. The warranty plan was also great value. Would recommend and I’ll be using them for future maintenance too.

You need to teach your techs driving manners. No need for him to ride on the shoulder to merge in front of my truck and definitely no need to flip me off when I honked at him to call out his stupidity of putting us both at risk of a unnecessary accident because he feels my time is more important than mine. We had a great technician named Jesse come out and replaced our water heater. They were very efficient I believe they got to my house around 930/940 for the estimate and had it replaced and running hot water by noon. They were very professional and personable!
