I had the pleasure of having Tim Allala come to my home to work on a shower - The blender and the control were both 12+ years old and needed to be replaced. Tim is a 30-year experienced profession that knows his business very well. Tim is prompt, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly assessed the repair to ensure he had the appropriate parts. Once assessed he was able to conclude the repair in very short order. The area was left clean and ready to use immediately upon completion. Fenwick home services was super responsive providing the service I requested and needed the same day!

Disgusting abuse of elderly customers. My parents have used this company for years so they thought they could trust them for a simple faucet repair. Instead the technician told them they needed to replace their kitchen faucet at a cost of almost $1000. He showed a high end example of a faucet sold on the Home Depot site and said that that was the going rate now. Your company should be ashamed of treating customers like this. You can be assured that we will be passing this along to friends and neighbors so they don’t get ripped off or taken advantage of.

The service technician,Andrew who responded to today's service call. What I like about him was he explained what he was doing in layman's terms. And, he answered my questions to the best of his ability. Also, when he encountered an issue outside his skillset, electrical, he called the office for available resources. Fenwick will send their electrician out early tomorrow to service the electrical component of the problem. He was very manerable, and I will request Andrew for future services.

I could not recommend Fenwick Plumbing more. They had two crews here today to do a re plumb but determined where we had a leak, fixed it and on the way saving us considerable money. The team was terrific to work with.
