Most amazing emergency response by Fenwick Home Services. Our hot water heater sprung a major leak just before we arrived home at 4:30 Saturday night. Fenwick had a truck at our home in Nocatee at 5:30 and we had hot water at 8:30 that night! Our technician contacted me as soon as he was dispatched and we knew help was on the way. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the situation, made a couple of calls, explained what he was going to do and then did it! This was not dumb luck. It involved communication, teamwork (the warehouse man met our technician for the replacement and the dispatcher organized the initial response) and a determination to solve my problem. Thank you Team Fenwick!

I was able to book an appointment on line for the next morning. The tech showed up within the time slot. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He was very thorough and gave me a quote up front right away. I had a busted pipe he had to cut out and replace and some blockages to snake out. He finished the job in good time and I hope to have no more issues.
