FENWICK DOES IT AGAIN! We got a note from the water company that we were losing 50 gallons an hour from somewhere. I called Fenwick, like I did last year from a leak in my master bath. Angel, the technician came out immediately. Super personable and professional guy. He found the problem very quickly with equipment that he was happy to share with us. He then explained in detail how he will fix it and what materials he will be using. Does it get any better than that? He was done from arrival to completion in about 2 hours and charged us a very good price. We are Fenwick customers for life!!! Thank you Angel!

Two Plummers showed up an hour after I requested the on-line service, which was wonderful!! The reason for only 2 stars is bc HONESTLY is a HUGE factor when I give a company repeated business. The young men that showed up were pleasant, worked hard, and did complete the job. I always double check the work completed. So after they left, I found the outside sewer pipe had a big chip leaving it in exposed to weather and air. I believe the workers were looking for a tip or didn’t want to disappoint the company. If companies would base raises or bonuses on customer surveys and cut out tips, they would have more repeating business. The company should provide shoe covers or workers should always take their shoes off without me telling them. Also, one of the guys carried his dirty, wet, work gloves into my house and shook them as he walked around in my bathroom. YES, I did find feces on my cabinet. No joke!! I went back and bleached my entire bathroom after they left! The next day the same Plummer came back, fixed the broken pipe and apologized. I know accidents happen and I any very thankful for his help.

Just replaced our hot water heater. Rafael, the Fenwick company plumber, was efficient and knowledgable. Answered every question I had and left the job spotless when he finished. We are very satisfied.

Adam, the HVAC technician arrived within the promised time window and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ensured all settings were correct and got my air conditioning system running to cool my home again. No hard sell, but only a suggestion to replace a part that may fail. The charge for today’s service was very reasonable. I will use Fenwick/Waychoff for future service when needed.

We had the most wonderful technician. He quickly diagnosed our problem, went over it with us and present us with the solution and estimated cost. He worked quickly and made sure that we were happy with his work and understood how to use the new equipment before he left. Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend to family and friends.
