Their polite and professional approach was immediately evident as they expertly located the elusive source of the leak. I was particularly impressed by their extensive knowledge and efficiency. Once they identified the issue, they swiftly addressed it, minimizing any disruption. Matt and his team were not only tidy and organized, but they also equipped me with the necessary information to make an informed decision, potentially saving me from a costly fix. Fenwick technician Tavevlle arrived as scheduled. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain his service requirements and all the options. Overall we are very satisfied and pleased we chose Fenwick and we are impressed with their technician. I highly recommend Fenwick and great job Tavelle!

I feel I was overcharged for one pound of freon. Twenty five pounds of freon cost just under $300 or right at $300 depending on where you make a purchase. Fenwick charges $259 for one pound. Is that not ridiculous?
