Had a water main shutoff that needed to be replaced. I am selling my house and the inspector dinged me on it. Reached Fenwick on line Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for Monday afternoon. Communications was excellent, tech arrived exactly on time, gave me very competitive price, had everything he needed on the truck and was done very quickly. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Without a doubt my first call for any plumbing issue.

Steve Hancock my technician was absolutely great. He diagnosed the problem with my leak from the jea meter and was able to fix it that day. He was professional and extremely neat. He left the job at the end and you could hardly tell he had to dig up the lawn in certain spots

our professional arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call. Worked with expert precision and resolved my drainage issue within the first 30 minutes of his visit! he was respectful and asked for opportunity to troubleshoot our reoccurring drainage issue that no other plumber had been able to solve up to this point.
