Fenwick came to give me an estimate on an additional water heater and other possible solutions to have a more efficient hot water system. They came on time and were very professional, gave me several options with different budgets. I will review further upon getting their services.

The reason for my 5-star rating is the service I have and continue to receive after purchasing my unit. The technicians and dispatchers go above and beyond to help out and make sure the customers get taken care of. Update 8/29/25: I had a bit of trouble with my system on the 27th. The initial customer service rep I spoke with greatly frustrated me, but I was able to call back and get wonderful service from Devon. The next day, Ben came out to my house, checked out my system, completed work on it, and was just absolutely amazing. Ben was always smiling and you could tell he took pride in his work and was genuinely a nice guy. I was very impressed with the young man. On the 29th, one of the managers reached out to me about the trouble I had with the rep and was very receptive of the feedback, taking the time to review the call and will use the situation as a teachable moment. This is how companies become great companies .. by investing in their employees and using any situation to help employees grow and do better. I am happy with Fenwick and will continue to definitely use their services!

Adam arrived promptly and was courteous, respectful of our home, professional and in general, a very pleasant person. We were the first appointment of the morning, and appreciated the estimated arrival time updates. Jerry was on time, very thorough and efficient. We've been Waychoff customers for a few years, and weren't sure about this "Fenwick" merger. DO NOT WORRY. Nothing has changed. The service is GREAT!!
