Nathan was very polite and professional. He listened to what I wanted and figured it out in his head and looking at it figured it out and come up with the quote for me. I was quite pleased with it. He’ll be back on Thursday to do the work.

We are extremely impressed and touched by Rafael Serrano’s recent work on our water heater installation. He went above and beyond with trying to explain every detail and his steady work was appreciated. He stayed longer hours just to overcome some obstacles and we are grateful. We already have an A/C unit with Waychoff’s and are satisfied with there work so far.

Fadi arrived on schedule, was very polite and professional and proceeded to assess the problem (a leaky toilet). He diligently worked to get everything done properly, checking all possible causes for the leak. He was very respectful of the fact that I have a 2-year old in my home and the need to keep the doors closed and the front door locked when he had to go out to the truck. I can only say good things about the service he provided. He is a stellar employee and a great representative of the Fenwick company.
