Justin H. with Fenwick was absolutely wonderful! He was able to almost immediately figure out the issue and got it taken care of in just a few hours, and was able to get us an estimate on some other projects we also need done. Fantastic customer service and professionalism from both him and the office staff that took my call at 6pm last night to get us on the schedule for this morning. 10/10

He arrived on the same day and efficiently repaired my air conditioner, all covered under warranty. I was highly impressed by his promptness and expertise.
