Once again, Fenwick saves the day. On a Sunday evening we had an accident with our water heater and was spraying water in our garage. I called Fenwick service. They had somebody on call. They were at our house in under an hour. Gave an amazing quote And had the whole process with old water heater removed and new hot water heater replaced and working in under three hours. Rafael was extremely professional and incredibly efficient with his work. Explained everything that he was doing and what to look out for in the future. He was obviously very skilled and well versed in all things, plumbing and electrical in regards to our repair. I have used Fenwick now for multiple services within our home and they continually to provide exceptional service. They are also very friendly to veterans which I greatly appreciate as well. If you have absolutely any plumbing electrical or services they provide. You definitely need to call them and have them come out and work with you at your house.

We had them fix water softener issue, toilet clog, and service our tankless water heater.. and now the hose is stuck to the Bibb.. called at 1:45 and they were at my home, and done by 3:30! I have used Fenwick for years for both HVAC and plumbing issues. Top of the line work and great communication. I haven’t left a review before, but after my technician was so wonderful yesterday, I thought I needed to. We thought our plumbing issue was simple, but he came and looked at it (with the intent to repair) and he helped us realize that our issue is actually much more than what we thought and not just a plumbing problem. He answers all my questions and the guy is very informative and knows what he’s doing and I a find he’s very honest. Before he left he made sure I signed up for my next appointment. FENWICK DOES IT AGAIN! We got a note from the water company that we were losing 50 gallons an hour from somewhere. I called Fenwick, like I did last year from a leak in my master bath.
