My husband and I recently bought our first home, which came equipped with a brand new AC (great right?!) except the brand new AC had loads of problems, I have no idea who installed it because I just bought this home, and no hvac repair company would take the job because the system is possibly still under warranty; even though it is literally impossible to get ahold of the manufactures. Fenwick is the only company who would send somebody to come look at our system. And I’m so thankful they did because after a few service calls all of my questions have been answered, all problems are being solved in a timely and reasonably priced manor. And the technician is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. Extremely knowledgeable in his field, and an all around great person and representative of this company. Thank you so much to fenwick, and especially to Tavelle!

Jessie from Fenwick appreciated our situation and came very quickly. He diagnosed and offered various solutions with all the details describing the differences. He was very patient as we discussed what our concerns are and what is important to us. We made the decision to get a new water softening system and he was able to schedule us quickly. Bill Fenwick Plumbing did met my expectations We have a Miele Futura diamond dishwasher. Because we moved from Orlando to Jacksonville the Miele company concierge service will not install it again, so we choose this company to haul the old unit and install ours - phone service people were excellent getting us a requested date and were kind - installers were on time as scheduled. - the unit got well installed and its working great Will definitely call them again if needed.

Fenwick sent out Rafael and he did an outstanding job. We had a pretty stressful water issue and he found the leak fast, explained everything clearly, and jumped right into the repair. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Rafael fixed the damaged line, raised it to prevent future problems, and got our system back up and running quickly. He worked professionally, efficiently, and really made the whole situation feel manageable. Rafael was excellent and we really appreciate the quality of his work.
